The Mobilcard is an exclusive offering for guests of the hotel.
Upon your arrival, it will be handed to you ready for use, at no additional cost.
From the early morning hours, until the sun sets, your Mobilcard opens the doors to all public transportation in South Tyrol. Just remember to validate it upon first use and jot down your details on the back for extra security.
With the Mobilcard in your pocket, you have unlimited access to a vast network of public buses (Regional ones and city buses), regional trains, and several cable cars. From urban streets to alpine trails, explore every corner of the region without worrying about additional costs.
What's not included in your Mobilcard:
For detail-oriented travellers, it's important to note what's not included in the Mobilcard. Some special lines, long-distance trains, some alpine routes, and transportation of dogs and bicycles require separate tickets.
Additionally, upon request and for a fee:
- Access to the relaxation area with a Finnish sauna cabin in the mini cottage in the garden - cost for private booking is 30,00 € for 2 people ( 5,00€ for added person )
- Coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
- Shell Recharge point for hybrid vehicle charging
Conditions
- Prices are per person per day and include breakfast, energy consumption, and taxes (excluding the tourist tax)
- Rooms are available from 2:00 PM and must be vacated by 10:00 AM
- Check-in after 7:00 PM must be arranged by phone.
- The room is considered reserved after the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the agreed total cost. The deposit is non-refundable and will not be returned in case of cancellation
- Late arrivals and early departures will still be charged according to current regulations
- Pets are not allowed
Supplements:
- Double room for single use: +€30 - +€50 in high season. - No reduction in peak season.
Reductions:
- Extra bed: -10%
- In Family Suites: minimum rate for a suite for 3 people; 10% reduction for the fourth bed.
- Reductions for children are calculated based on age for extra beds: Free for children up to 2 years, then reductions on a sliding scale up to 12 years.
Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellations made until 30 days before check-in, 30% of the total amount will be charged.

In case of cancellations made until 15 days before check-in, 50% of the total amount will be charged.

In case of cancellations made until 7 days before check-in, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

In case of a no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Conditions for bookings of 4 rooms or more:
The reservation is confirmed upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of 50%. The balance for the stay is due 30 days before the check-in date.
Travel Cancellation Insurance:
To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance such as the one offered by the Association of South Tyrolean Hoteliers
